科研实验中心位于安徽医科大学实验教学综合楼24-26层。按照“超前谋划、满足发展、合理建设，综合利用, 资源共享”的目标定位和学校建设“1+X+X”模式的校科技公共支撑平台顶层设计思路，在各学院（系）、所基础平台的基础上，立足我校医学科研的整体视野，通过打破学科界限、科学论证、合理配置，搭建一个面向全校师生开放共享的多学科综合，能够开展探索性研究的公共科研平台，并努力将科研实验中学建设成一个能满足我校未来发展, 促进学科交叉，资源配置合理的科研创新基地。

科研实验中心总使用面积达4000平米，中心由细胞组学系统、蛋白质组学系统、基因组学系统、代谢组学系统、电镜平台、准备系统六大平台组成。目前已拥有多台高端仪器设备，总资产约3000万。包括FEI 透射电镜、Zeiss 880激光共聚焦显微镜（超高分辨率）、Beckman分析及分选流式细胞仪、Axon膜片钳与钙离子成像、Beckman高速及超速离心机、罗氏荧光定量PCR仪、PE多功能酶标仪、GE凝胶成像、Leica切片图像分析系统以及病理切片系列等。

The Center for Scientific Research of Anhui Medical University is an open and shared public research platform. Our laboratory started construction in early 2016, lasted for one and a half years, and was put into operation in January 2018.The total area of our laboratory is 4000 square meters. The center is composed of 5 testing platforms, including the platform of cytomics, metabonomics, proteomics, electron microscopy and preparation system. At present, it has many advanced instruments and equipment with total assets of about 30 million, including transmission electron microscope, laser confocal microscope, flow cytometer, etc. The center adopts intelligent management system, which can realize a series of management services, such as online reservation, billing, data statistics, access authorization, etc.
